About Me...
I graduated the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in May of 1999.
The mission statement of The United States Military Academy is to educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets so that each graduate is a commissioned leader of character committed to the values of Duty, Honor, Country; professional growth throughout a career as an officer in the United States Army; and a lifetime of selfless service to the Nation.
Since then I have served in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom earning the Bronze Star medal. I left active duty in 2005 and I am now an employee happily working at Intel Corporation.
The last phrase of the above mission statement, "...a lifetime of selfless service to the Nation." is the most important of that phrase for me today.
I strongly believe in that last phrase. As a result, I work to give back to the community the best I can. I find that volunteer activities for respected organizations, representing Intel Corporation an American company, and supporting the community in which I live is a continuation of my lifetime of service to the nation. I am proud to serve the United States of America.
